Dead Voltmeter 1995 Martinique

The gauge has been reading zero despite everything else seeming to function fine. I've checked the battery, fuses and connections, but the voltmeter just won't respond, just dunno anymore could it be an issue with the wiring, or perhaps something with the gauge itself? Any insights or advice on where to start troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated, gracias

You can start by testing voltage at the gauge terminals, if voltage's good, the gauge might be faulty

Could be a dead gauge or a break in the wiring, especially the signal wire or ground. Try jumping the gauge directly to a known 12V source to see if it comes alive. If not, it's likely the gauge itself.

If it's not the gauge or the wiring you might want to try checking the connector. Something is messing with it and it's just a matter of finding out what.

I would agree with the others here. The older Martinique gauges do fail pretty often. If it jumps when you feed it a known 12V, it's probably wiring or ground. If it stays dead after all that, it’s probably time for a new gauge.
