Thinking about a 1998 26’ Sport Fisherman with 2006 Yamaha Outboard

I spotted a '98 Sport Fisherman with a 2006 Yamaha. The mechanic gave the engine a thumbs-up but said it's time for a fuel system tune-up. Plus, it looks like the bilge pump and fresh water need fixing, and there's some gel coat work to tackle. What do you think I need to keep an eye on? Any advice would be great!

For the bilge pump and fresh water system, make sure to test everything thoroughly to avoid surprises and gel coat work is normal for a boat that age but inspect for any cracks or soft spots that might mean deeper issues. Also, check the electrical wiring and battery condition

@oceancruisecaptain163 I’d check bilge/fresh water, wiring, battery, corrosion, and gel coat. A marine survey could help.
